I have some exciting news regarding Alliance Service Center. As of March 15th, I have had the honor of becoming the new owner.

 

Firstly, I would like to express my utmost gratitude for the outstanding work and dedication Dexter has shown throughout his tenure. I am thrilled for him to enjoy his well-deserved retirement. Dexter's professionalism and commitment to excellence have set a high standard, and I promise to continue upholding these values.

 

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Josue Gutierrez, and I have been a resident of the Norcross area for the past 30 years. During this time, I have had the privilege of raising my wonderful children alongside my wife, Lucy Gutierrez. With over 21 years of experience in the automotive industry, both in vehicle maintenance and customer service, I am fully prepared to ensure a smooth transition and maintain the level of professionalism that you have come to expect from Dexter.

 

I am genuinely excited to meet all of Dexter's valued customers and have the opportunity to share stories and build new relationships. Rest assured, my commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining the reputation of Alliance Service Center remains unwavering.
